Started in the year 1984 in Trivandrum, the capital city of Kerala with technical Know how from "Spencers"of Chennai. "Spencers " had got a big name and tradition in bread and confectionery manufacturing in India since 1947.The managing partner was Mr. Prasad C Ninan
The factory in Kottayam was started in 1986 was started under the captaincy of Mr. C.A. Ninan , who had been the City corporation commissioner (Rtd) and taken over by Mr. Prasad C Ninan from 1992.
The technical know how was unique and used the best raw materials for the manufacture of the bread and confectioneries..
